However our job is to understand the potential failings inherent in the delivery mechanism – weaknesses in the supply chain from the manufacturer to the distributor, to the reseller and onto the customer – not to mention the potential courier issues in between. We then pro-actively identify where we can make improvements before we even start the process, carefully monitor lead times and delivery schedules throughout and then communicate clearly and candidly with our customer so that they are always fully informed. Sounds easy doesn’t it?
Its not easy. It requires lots of hard work and the intelligent application of well-oiled systems and of years of experience on our part. None of this behind the scenes magic should be visible to the customer, just the feeling that MBA IT is consistently head and shoulders above the competition in ensuring that the right item is in the right place at the right time, and all at the right price.
